Ingredients
1 lb beef stew meat
2 cups water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon season salt
1 Tablespoon veggie oil
2 potatoes (cubed)
2 carrots (cubed)
1 medium onion (chopped)
1 can whole tomatoes
How to...
- Brown meat in hot oil
- add water salt, pepper and onion
- cover and cook for 1 hour, stirring occationally
- add carrots, potatoes and tomatoes
- cover and cook for 30 minutes until veggies are done.
(* I love this soup, especially during winter. Its great on its own or with rice. )
