Ingredients
5 Medium Size Ruby Red Potatoes ( you can use any type of potatoes really)
1 Cup Sour Cream
2 Table Spoon of Dijon Mustard or American Mustard
2 tablespoon of Mayonaise
1 clove garlic (crushed)
salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Put potatoes in a large pot and fill it up with water and set it to boil for about 40-50 minutes until potato is soft. I normally clean the potato and not peel the skin off coz the skin will hold the potato in place when you cut them up in pieces.
- while potatoes are boiling, mix sour cream, mustard, mayonaise and garlic in a large bowl. set a side.
- Once potatoes are done and cooled cut them up to quarters and mix in the salad dressing.
- put it in the fridge for 10 minutes and serve.
**Notes: i made this reciepe up after watching a friend of mine doing it for our pot luck.
