Ingredients:
- Olive Oil
- Fettucini Pasta ( as much as you like)
- Bacon / Turkey Bacon
- Fresh Button Mushroom
- 3 tablespoon Mascaporne Cheese
- 1 clove garlic
Method:
- Bring water is a pot to boil. Add in salt, olive oil and pasta.
- Heat up another pan with Olive Oil
- Fry garlic and bacon until bacon is almost crispy.
- Put in mushroom and fry just a little bit more.
- Add in Mascarpone and stir till it melts.
- Add to pasta and serve with Garlic bread.
For the pasta, it's suppose to be tagliatelle. and u don't have to add olive oil to the pasta or garlic n olive oil to the pasta sauce. Hehe.
