I made this at the last minute because I didnt have enough food for the house-warming. It turned out really well.

Base:

Few Sheets of Puff Pastry

Sauce:

2 Cloves garlic (Crushed)

Olive Oil for saute-ing

1 Cup Tomato puree

3 table spoon Tomato Paste

Oregano

Parsley

Basil

1 tablespoon of Sugar

(heat in a pan and simmer)

Toppings:

Any toppings you can think of.

Methods:

1. Heat oven to about 200 Degrees.
2. Butter pan and put puff pastry on top
3. Lightly butter the pastry and spread the sauce all over the pastry
4. Slab on some toppings and put loads of cheese
5. Put it in the oven for about 15 minutes until pastry is golden and puffed.
