Ingredients 1 x 22cm pizza base 1/4 cup tomato paste 1-2 tomatoes, diced 3/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese 85g pouch Oven Dried Tomato & Basil Tuna 2 tbsps chopped green or stuffed green olives 1 tbsp capers
Topping
1/2 small red onion, peeled and diced
1-2 tbsps freshly chopped herbs (basil or parsley)
Method
1. Spread the pizza base with tomato paste, sprinkle over the chopped
tomatoes and mozzarella. Flake the Oven Dried Tomato & Basil
Tuna evenly onto the pizza. Sprinkle over the olives and capers.
2. Cook in an oven preheated to 220oC for 7-8 minutes or until golden
and hot.
3. Sprinkle over the diced onion and herbs and serve immediately.
